8-week Mindfulness Course MBSR/MBCT (online, EN)


Thank you for starting a course at Silenz. You are very welcome. Before you continue, please select the dates on which you want to start the course.

Note: this 8 week mindfulnesstraining will be guided entirely online, from the comfort of your own home or any other location you like. The course includes:


  • 8 inspiring 2 hour sessions
  • An extensive reader: which will be sent by mail, including a journal for notes.
  • A live ‘Day of silence: you will have the option to join a day of silence on a beautiful location in nature.
  • A refresh session: if possible, this will be a live session 3 months after the end of the course, to help you continue the practice in your daily life.
  • Coaching: during the week you get extra guidance by e-mail and you can pose questions.
